    I recently sent my Series X in for repair, I’ve received notification It’s being sent back to me. Will there be some lines of report? I apologize if this has been asked I wasn’t able to find similar questions?? Just how long it takes and what happens

    You need to call FedEx and don’t let them off the hook

    You also neeed to contact amicrosoft customer service. Once a window closes, they will be able to file a claim with FedEx and send you a new one

    There's really no reports or details on what they did to your console but rest assured that it will be repaired and tested before sending it back you.

    If the problem persists even after trying everything from the article above

    Sadly your console needs to be inspected and repaired in the closest authorized retailer or where original parts are used
    (Microsoft only offers now their repair service to Xbox Series X/S consoles)

    If your Xbox is the One S/X and Series S/X you can have it repaired with Microsoft.
