    Service Repair Disappeared


    I'm having an issue where I sent back an Elite Series 2 controller for warranty repair via ups. The package was marked as delivered by UPS, then after a few days finally showed that my item was in the warehouse, after about 12 days it now says nothing about the service order. The automated system shows the repair order number but can't give me any information about the status. I was never emailed when my controller was received by the warehouse and haven't gotten one saying that it was shipped back to me, my devices show that the controller is still on my list of active devices and working normally. I can't call any representative or chat or email about this issue. I'm hoping I didn't just send a $170 controller into the abyss. Is there any way to talk to a human about this issue or know where I can get more info about my controller?

    I would recommend going directly to the Microsoft Device Support page. You should see your options there.

    Let me know if you have issues logging into that site.

    They've confirmed they've received it, so that's the main thing - it's not lost in the mail. Do you know what was wrong with it. I'd imagine the scale of the repair could affect how long it takes to get done. Plus we don't know how many other devices
    are in for repair right now. There's also currently the possibility coronavirus is affecting things :(
    i sent my xbox in January we now in March take 2 moths to repair , why don't send me new one
