Service Repair didn't fix Xbox

My new Xbox Series S had a power supply issue and wouldn't turn on. I sent it back to Microsoft's service center for a repair and they sent me back my xbox, which still did not work. It shuts off every time a game is opened.

I just had to send the xbox BACK to the service center. Again, this was a new Xbox that had zero damage. Will they just continue this cycle until my warranty runs out?? Or might they actually fix the problem this time? Their customer service is awful, so it's impossible to get real answers from them.

they are probably sending you refurbed units back which is normal for them, they can still have faults too. all i can say is good luck.

Is anyone still having this issue? I sent my xbox for service and repair but this didn't solve the issue

Hello Cobra,

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.
