Discus and support Service Question in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I want to get my xbox one serviced due to some pretty loud noise it's been making lately.     I want to get my xbox one serviced due to some pretty loud noise it's been making lately. I've especially noticed it as I just bought Elder Scrolls Online and the noise was so loud when I played it that I haven't touched that game since.

    Anyways, I was wondering if you are able to bring in the Xbox to a Microsoft store for repair instead of shipping it yourself.

    They said it should be done by the 23rd and it says now that product was shipped to customer does that mean they could not fix it or what help?????

    They have recieved it and will be investigating for the reported issue, if fixable they will do so if non repaiarable they'll send a replacement console to you.
