    I cannot play anything. I get an error that states that you guys are aware of the issue. Your site in not accurate concerning the status of your own servers. Please fix.

    Simple: Go outside for an hour or two. Do your homework (assuming you are a kid.) Just do something in the meantimeand wait patiently.

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with no being able to play any content.
    Is there a certain error message you are receiving? I recommend to

    power cycle the Xbox     and
    Test your Network Connection    .

    In reference to the
    service alert     the current service affected: Purchase and Content Usage

    (Buying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases)

    Hi there,

    I think most all of us are experiencing issues at the moment, thankfully MS is aware of it and working on it. I would say just keep checking periodically, I would be willing to bet things will be back to normal before you know it Service outages :)

    Im sick of it all. Microsoft needs some major updates. The store is glitchy and annoying to navigate enough as it is. So many errors all the time, so much that lags and im runnin an xbox one X with great connection speed.

    That page says all games are operating normally. Pretty frustrating that they can't even update the outage page properly but want you to pay $14.99 a month for game pass and xbox live. $180 a year for this service? Might as well go to Playstation
