    Service Order return incomplete - [mod removed]


    I took great care in sending my service order in with the components I was given. I did not get anything but my brand new malfunctioning X1X console back. Service # [mod removed]. No controller, power cord, or hdmi
    cable.

    How does this policy inspire any degree of gamer loyalty? If I did this, my entire dept would be fired and our product costs less than a third of yours. Please resolve this, policy or no policy. I can't even make
    a new service order even though it is still under warranty. Waiting for office hours with no ticketing system involved is a sign of a company designed to put up illogical walls and never let unstructured communication in. Fine, give me a web form to fill
    out or get your Azure bot to form a response around these inquiries. That way my phone call (super unstructured communication) is not disrupting you more than the 30s it takes you to answer it. Learn some modern customer service, Microsoft!!

    There are instructions that should have been available prior to packaging your console that specifically state to only send the console as anything else is not guaranteed to come back. If they do send back your components, they're usually sent as a separate
    packaged but it can take a couple of weeks to get back. You'd want to contact support to see if they have any information regarding that. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us (on
    that site, choose billing options as they typically give the options to request a call back or chat with support.
