    Hi,

    I submitted a service order for my Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 and sent the package using the shipping label generated.

    The tracking number shows that the controller was received by Microsoft on 1/12/2021 at 11:58 AM in El Paso, TX left at: Dock and Received by GUTTIREZ.

    It is now 1/28/2021 and the service order still has not updated with any acknowledgement that the controller was received.

    I called in a few days ago and spoke with a Microsoft support representative. I told him about this issue above and he said he would update the ticket. 2 days later nothing on my service order has changed.

    What is going on?

    Service Center is a joke

    I'm also experiencing issues of xbox suppoert service quality from some time. There is a problem with delivering shipping labels from UPS system after creating a service order on the support website.

    After few calls to the call center finally got a shipping label and sent the elite controller.

    But right now it almost 2 weeks after I received a confirmation that controller has left the service center and it I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. It takes too long this time.

    MS, what is going on with your support and service orders?

    And tomorrow is the last day the controller has to arrive since tomorrow is the end of the 30 days. will Microsoft cancel the service and send back my controller even though they have it or will they continue with the service order? And deliver it past the end of the 30 days you have to send it back.

    I have tried contacting them again through the virtual agent. It asks few questions but is unable to answer and when it comes to contact real person - it says no chat is available for this issue.

    According UPS they have delivered to package to the Service Center, so there is no reason to contact UPS in this matter.

    I understand it may be slow but you'd think they update package as received in Service Order as soon they signed UPS package received. Just waiting few weeks means the Service Order will close and not only is my controller broken, I sent it to seemingly
