Service order disappeared

I have solved this issue now. When I originally created the service order, I was prompted to add the device first to validate the warranty, which I did on the following page, but this didn't add the controller to the 'My Devices' section on my account
it appears. So just now I have added the original serial number to my devices, then clicked on the device and the service order has now appeared. My replacement device is on it's way to me. I hope this helps anyone else having this same issue.

Also it is worth noting that the serial number of the Elite 2 controller linked to my account has changed without me knowing. I have proof of my serial number on the email that Microsoft sent confirming my service order.

Thanks for the reply, but this has not helped any sadly. I clicked on the link to contact an agent, selected the relevant options on the drop down menu with regards to repair of my device, it just tells me that I can't contact an agent for this issue and
just gives me the same options that led me right her in the first place.
