    Hi,

    Faulty XB1, still under warranty, went through the service/repair request on my account got all the way to the end and it said there was a problem and to go back to the basket (which when clicking the button did nothing)

    Is there anyway to actually speak to anyone online to confirm if it has been booked or not? I managed to get the Service Order ID Number via the Virtual Assistant chat, my account page says: Repair Orders 1 Order/1Active but there isn't any info.

    I just need to confirm it's actually booked.

    If you did receive a service repair order number, then it means the request actually went through. You should wait for an email with a shipping label, it should come through within 24 hours from the time you placed the order.

    Hello @ShakeTheKraken! I hope that you are doing well today!

    Yes you can get in touch with our live agents as they will be able to see if the if the repair order has been successfully completed or not. You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    A confirmation email with the service order number and shipping instructions will be sent
    after the order is completed, not in the middle of the order. You need to complete the order in one go from the device support site and you'll be given a service order number as confirmation that the order was completed. The order is done all
    from the same website. I'd recommend refreshing your browser and check your Microsoft account to see if the order was completed: https://support.microsoft.com/devices

    If you don't see an order placed on your registered console, then the order was not completed and you will need to try it again.

    I would first recommend using an alternate internet browser, or perhaps a different platform altogether to see if this allows you to complete your order.

    If these options do not help with completing this Service order, you can
    Contact Xbox Customer Support
    as they would be able to complete this order on your behalf.
