    Service order created. "Print shipping label" greyed out.


    Title says it all. I created a service order on Saturday. In the email it says to "get shipping label" and after clicking that and scrolling down to the service order in my account, "get shipping label," is greyed out and cannot be clicked.

    How do I print a shipping label from the new Online Service Center?

    I created a Service request on 08/16 and I didn't see a link to print the shipping label. My Service request number is 1214243320.

    Shipping Labels For Repair Orders Failing To Show Up

    So my Xbox is in need of repairs and I have submitted a repair order with expedite service for an extra $10.50. Unfortunately, the "print shipping label" option is unavailable. After talking to 3 different customer service reps (all with different solutions
    to the problem) they have now started telling me it can take up to 3 days for a shipping label to be created. I'm sorry, but that's ****. I could go to the FedEx website and create a label in under 10min. This is also never mentioned anywhere in the email
    confirmation of the repair order with instructions on how to print the label, or on the repair order page. Just curious what the norm is on this. Is Microsoft just **** around with me?

    If its for an accessory, no shipping label will be available for those items. You have to pay for your own shipping for accessories

    Have they emailed you the shipping label? I had a similar issues but then I noticed the email with the heading Shipping Label Communication

    Thats not true, well at least not here in the UK, Ive received a shipping label for my Scorpio controller

    Thats not true, well at least not here in the UK, Ive received a shipping label for my Scorpio controller
