    SERVICE ORDER CANCELLED ROBBED BY MICROSOFT


    I bought a controller on amazon it was faulty. I spoke to Microsoft who agreed to replace it.

    I sent it back to the address on the shipping label they gave me.

    It arrived yesterday in Frankfurt. I now have an email saying they have cancelled my service order and no more action will be taken.

    I have been robbed by Microsoft of a brand new xbox controller costing £60.

    I can't call because they only take calls when committing the robbery not to help after.

    I've requested calm backs but nothing. I'm furious about this but as always with Microsoft there is nothing I can do.

    Any suggestions please?

    Did you just try to contact in November of 2020 or have you been trying to contact since May 2020??? Plus this info is kind of vague. It shows us something was delivered we don't actually know what it is?? Nothing shows where it has been cancelled. The
    best option is to keep calling Microsoft/Xbox and talk with a live representative.

    as it was in the UK and you bought from amazon and it was faulty then this should have been dealt with by amazon or the seller on amazon in the first place.

    but as you have now gone through microsoft the only way is to keep trying to call them, go through the payment issue options to get hold of someone

    Canceled Auto Renewal but still charged?

    Microsoft still charge my credit card, even if I have canceled the auto renewal. It's crazy, I've just spent 1 hour chatting with a customer care service girl, who was not able to do anything more than "now", cancelling my subscription. No refund she said.
    I have been robbed for the last time by this company.

    You'll need to contact support so they can look into it for you. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    Ok thanks they keep saying when I try to contact support that you can not connect with support for these questions. So i will try your suggestion.
