Service Order: Canceled? No explanation?

Sent in an Xbox Series X to get repair. About 3 days of "processing", the order went to "canceled" without my intervention? I'm only assuming this means the "repair" order was canceled due to not being fixable, and they will send a new one out. If this turns out being the case, I think adding a description to a cancelation would beneficial.

Has anyone seen this cancelation before, on a repair order?

Hello, repaired items will never come back as a brand new console or controller. I would try to contact a live representative who can check account and see what's going on with the repair process.

They don’t fix “your” console, its one of the reasons they tell you not to send anything but the console itself. They grab a refurb and ship it out, and your console is refurbished by someone else doen the line and presumably the cycle continues

Both myself and my friend pre-ordered via PayPal with GAME in the UK. Both of us had our orders cancelled with no explanation other than they had failed a random 'security check'. GAME customer services were no help (indeed they haven't even bothered replying
to my last email), but I'm getting the impression that there is some sort of wider issue with PayPal and pre-orders for the XBox One.

You'll need to contact support so they can look into it for you. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

Ok thanks they keep saying when I try to contact support that you can not connect with support for these questions. So i will try your suggestion.
