Service order and warranty.

I've had my xbox for just over a year and in the past two months I've had to send it for repair twice. The first time was whatever, it had been almost a year, you can expect issues. But when you send it back and not even two months later I'm having similar
issues is ridiculous. And like I said I've had it over a year so I don't have a warranty anymore but when I request a repair the only option it gives me is for an under warranty repair. I would like to know how much a repair would cost so I don't have to end
up spending $200 for them to fix problem that might just come back in a month because in that case I might as well just buy a new console.

I wouldn't really worry about this. As long as you have proof it was delivered then your ok. Things are really backed up at the moment with the world. Ontop of all of that it still takes about a month for repair.

The first time it wouldn't turn on at all and we got that fixed and it recently started constantly freezing up so I would have to reset it and yesterday the picture stopped showing up all together.

Hello, thanks for posting on Microsoft forums the prices of repair can vary on what the actual issue is with the console could you explain what the issue is and i might be able to help??

I recomend to contact the support.

But normally then work with arrival order. You could wait a few more days. And check if you country have any kind of delay. I know Portugal have a 1 week delay between orders. I know that because my 2nd controller toke 2 weeks from Portugal to Germany
