Sorry, but honestly curious; do you expect to be "paid" or "reimbursed" for the time when your xbox is turned off, you are asleep, and therefore not gaming? Because your argument sure sounds like it.

God gamers are an entitled group. It's back up for me, can everyone take a collective breath and go ahead and get embarrassed over how badly they flipped out over something small?

Since i bought the PUBG release XBOXONES ive had nothing but issues with it. Ive spent hours on the phone with microsoft setting up my router to their specs. Spent 250$ on a new router which i was told was the issue. Drove four hours away to the nearest
microsoft store to swap it. Was lied to by tech support about the ability to downgrade to the original xbox one. Lied to about my isp blocking xbox servers. Just complete and utter garbage. If this is how microsoft does business im about to switch to playstation
for my gaming. I currently own about 8 grand in xbox gear and the only thing i can use is my original xbox one. the S is garbage i want a refund. Im tired of being lied to over and over again. If someone could get ahold of me soon about refunding my money
for all this garbage that would be great. Besides here im currently posting to reddit. posting video on youtube, post all over facebook , and speaking with other within my own gaming community about boycotting xbox. i would love to enjoy the two hours a week
i get to play without constant interuptions. Me and my wife used to enjoy gaming together until these issues arose. Ive since spent hours and money on trying to fix this with no resolve. Anyone else on board hit me up. My message board on reddit is at about
1700 people talking . Growing everday thanks guys . Get back to me please

So basically we pay for a service that we have no right to complain about. If we do we can be prepared to face possible suspension? Sounds like a really good business model you guys have there.

You should be able to continue playing on your Home Xbox if you take it offline via the network settings.

Microsoft should make the original Xbox they made in 2001 to 2005 that was simple and didn't worry about Internet. I think xbox one console should have full offline mode to it and game developers should make more single player games

I NEED SOME HELP!!! I am having the same issue as everyone else but they are saying that I need to sign in to the account that purchased the games. I purchased the games on my only account. What does that even mean? I also do not have game sharing so
that cannot be the issue.
