Service not working

Yea, I FINALLY get the chance to play for the first time in like 10 days... And this

happens!!! So, sick of paying companies to have their stuff jacked up and we still have to pay full price...

 

So your response is to threaten people that have every right to be ticked off? Keep it classy microsoft. I would imagine the majority of people here understand that online services go down from time to time and its obviously in your best interest to get
them up and running as quickly as possible. I think the major problem here and certainly my biggest complaint is the fact that single player games that have either already been downloaded to a persons xbox one and or hard copy games are not working at all.

you should show some intellectual honesty and answer this question: what does my single player game that i paid $100 for and has already been entirely downloaded to my hard drive have to do with xbox live having technical difficulties? and when i log onto
xbox.com/status it says all games are functioning properly? don't spit on my back and tell me its raining.

you at least gave a vague timeline of within 3 hours. we'll see as we are now going on almost 2 hours since the alert? so i imagine you've known about it for longer than that. i might just be buying a playstation for my next console. i can deal with technical
difficulties. i won't deal with poor business practices, poor communication, intellectual dishonesty, and threats to a customer base that has every right to be mad.

I also cant access any of my digital content. However I am in a party chat with people in my area who can and are accessing theirs? Is there a reason my services are disrupted and my friends are able to use their digitally downloaded games as normal? Is
it just randomly selected people?

Dude, chill on the caps lock. It's a service outage, it happens. and with every game you've ever bought digitally, you've also agreed to terms & services that include "people can't sue us for a temporary service outage because they feel entitled."

I own over 200 games digitally. I'm definitely mad that I can't play a one of them. But I can also take a
[Mod Removed – Profanity] breath and check their twitter, which clearly states that they are working on it. This is the longest outage like this I can remember,
but it'd take a [Mod Removed – Profanity]
long time for you to be able to lead any kind of class action charge.

 

I having problems getting my fall out 4 dlc and seems a lot of people having problems too

 

Pretty sure her response was to remind the people cursing not to curse, threatening class action lawsuits that those won't work, and just generally saying "chill the

Yea well i uninstalled my digital copy n tried to reinstall it but now its not in my ready to install que

 

I am a extremely loyal day 1 original xbox owner, day 1 xbox 360, and day 1 xbox one owner which by the way the blue ray drive doesn't work anymore so I buy all my games digitally. This is unacceptable I really hope we get some sort of freebie for the

I NEED SOME HELP!!! I am having the same issue as everyone else but they are saying that I need to sign in to the account that purchased the games. I purchased the games on my only account. What does that even mean? I also do not have game sharing so
that cannot be the issue.

 

Every time I try to load the live status page it fails.

This is worse than the Christmas outage a few years ago I think.

We may be hearing about a few/ million accounts being compromised. Or not because maybe terms of service say they don't have to inform us.

 

Well, all profanity aside... Your company and attitude toward the situation is appalling... Please feel free to tell us now, how your not going to credit us for the time we are paying for a service that we are not recieveing??? Or tell us how it’s OK to
not have access to the products we have paid for with our money??? And how it’s only a FEW HOURS that the service is going to be down when this is the only time some of us have been able to break free and play and of our games in some cases weeks??? If you
will check the terms and condidtions of MY conditions... you will see that this is unacceptible...

Terms and Condidtions...

1) By reading said contract the company (Xbox) accepts and acknowledges the following players rules are to be accepted and followed... Failure to do so is not acceptable and will be subject to penalties that will be assessed by the person or persons who
have placed forth this contract...

1.a) If Xbox or any gaming system sells games digitally to players, said player shall and will ALWAYS have the ability to play said games purchased at ANY TIME of their choosing... Failure to allow access on behalf of the service provider shall and will
constitute a full refund for all time said players are NOT allowed to play content... Failure to do so will incure a penalty of up to but not exceeding 500% of said time down value...

So there it is in writing... If you read it, it must be a viable contract right???
