SERVICE ORDER NOT WORKING PROPERLY!

Sorry to hear it. Which type of console are you trying to service? When you say it's got the red ring that suggests you're using the older FAT consoles. If that is the type then that would be the reason you are having issues setting up the service order
as the older FAT consoles are no longer being serviced and you would need to purchase a new one.

 

Streaming Service Apps Not Working

Out of no where Netflix and HBO Go have quit working on my Xbox One. If I try to launch Netflix it locks the Xbox up and I have to restart it to get it going again. HBO Go will load but nothing will play. These services work fine on my sons Xbox One. and
all my other devices. My Xbox also works fine with games and other apps such as WWE network or You Tube. I have been on phone multiple times with support for every company and have unplugged and plugged back in my Xbox and gateway and wireless router so many
times I have lost count. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Apps I've even done a complete factory reset on Xbox. This Xbox is connected wireless but during trouble shooting I also hard wired it and still nothing. It has worked fine forever and just recently
stopped. At a total loss on what to do at this point?

Right but I can play a free downloaded game like fallout shelter ...so what's going on...I can't even play my discs

 

I cant even sign into my profiles

 

So the service is down, I get it, it happens. What I dont accept, is the fact that I cannot access ANY of my games. As an avid gamer with 203 games installed and not a single disc, this is a big issue for me.

Isnt there supposed to be a grace period to play without internet connection? I find my 1 hour I have available to play after a long day has been squandered. It makes me wonder how much money I have invested in these games that I cant play if I lose connection
to LIVE.

I find it unacceptable.

Also, no, nobody wants to talk to a gamer about an issue they are having...

 

Im sitting here in a party talking to my friends while they play together. WE ALL have the game digitally downloaded. I dont understand

 

So happy I am paying a premium membership to not play games for 2 hours. Money well spent, thanks.

Can't play games

controllers are the worst (both for still taking aa batteries and real

error code says this SERVICE isn't working, I DIDN'T BUY A SERVICE I BOUGHT A GAME

 

So basically we pay for a service that we have no right to complain about. If we do we can be prepared to face possible suspension? Sounds like a really good business model you guys have there.

 

Quoting and linking terms of service as absolution is a great way to get less people accepting them. Not smart when a service provider tells you they plan to screw up and not care. Responses like this line Sony's pocket.

No wonder less people are using their gaming services lately.

It's also not hard to credit affected accounts with a day or two of gold but, will that happen? TOS, sorry!

This industry earns and deserves every critic it gets.
