    Yea, a friend of mine transferred his Live account to his xbox one and all his money and points were transferred with him.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible. You cannot transfer money from a different service/app/device that isn't Microsoft based.

    The only way to add money to the account is to buy a gift card or link a debit/credit card or paypal.

    Hi if you have MS money you can only purchase Microsoft goods and services, If it's in your bank then you can buy whatever you want. You can't transfer the MS money between accounts though.

    you can indeed transfer money from a parental account to a child account, can be done accidentally too, not sure if there is a way to transfer back as child account cannot transfer money.

    Hey there! I'm sorry for the frustration here. It is my understanding that the Paypal account must either have a credit card or a positive money balance on it to work with the LIVE service. Can you try transferring some money directly to the Paypal account
    and then make your purchase again? You may have to remove and re-add the card to verify it properly. Let me know if this helps!

    No way to transfer. The game is linked to the account that bought it. Just like any other service like game pass or live or account money. Go here
    and try to sort out the account. Wish you luck and very best!
