    My xbox keeps saying i am having service issues but it does not state which service is having issues plus once i check the service statuses it says they are all up due to this i cant connect to xbox live or play any of my games, plz help

    please mind the time stamps you are replying to a thread from over a year ago. if you have an issue it is always best to create your own fresh thread. all bumping old threads does is get locked and pushed down the line.

    Yeah I'm a recent Xbox one owner and I'm in awe at the things I'm seeing too. Today Xbox live was down. When I sign into my account my network is down. When I sign out of my profile my network is back up. Sooo basically I'm stuck playing oflline which makes
    me wonder why I hVe a subscription in the first place. Will they make amends for my time lost who knows. Even a when it is running properly apps are quirky. When ever an achievent is unlocked I don't even check it out anymore(which I always did) cause it either
    says I'm not signed in(making me sign into my profile while I am already signed in Service issues :eek:), or a 1-2 min load time. My module dosent come with kinect which makes it next to impossible to record anything unless I have twice already set up... How the hell would
    I know when I'm about to do something awesome. Downloading games seems to be a problem as well, mid-game crashes on a regular basis seems to be the norm. If these problems persist or more pop up on the way I might just take it to the the gun range and use
    it as a target, for a bit of fun cause it's starting frustrate meh, and that's the best way to let some of that steam out( I'm not going to lie I've never done that before but now that I think about it that would be great pretty cool)

    Just wanted to stop in to see if you were still having troubles! If you are, please try a full power cycle on your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still having troubles, please let us know so that we can best help out Service issues ;)

    You can alternatively try adding a payment option in the Microsoft account settings webpage. If you add it there, it should be available during the checkout process on the Xbox.
