Service isn't working!?!?!?

Listen up microsoft I don't know if this helps because it doesn't make sense to me, but you should know that the xbox I have my home xbox on (with my logged in profile) with digitally downloaded games i have proof of buying doesn't work when I launch them.
HOWEVER! THE SECOND XBOX ONE HAVE (THAT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE MY HOME XBOX ON IT) WORKS WITH ALL THE DIGITAL GAMES I BOUGHT!!! Like I said doesn't make sense. Your problem my lie in the issue of HOME XBOX.....its worth a check.

 

Having the same issue. Im on an xbox one system, and havent been able to LAUNCH any games. My brother, who has the older gen xbox one set up directly next to mine, was able to play battlefield. But he only had to RESUME battlefield, not launch it. Thats
the difference. Its something with the launch.

When try multiple times to launch the game in concession, I instead get an error code “0x87e107e4” instead of the “sorry, looks like our service isnt working right now”. Tried looking up the error code, its not in the xbox support database. Which is surprising,
im not sure how an error gets labeled with a code, yet theres no information on it.

I tried looking through for forum posts about the code, i found some dating back over a year ago... and none of them have any resolutions or explanations from the devs/support team. No description of the code or anything like that. Instead theres a couple
of responses from xbox support only asking “is this problem still occurring?” Which helps no one.

If anyone has better info, lmk. Thats just what ive collected so far.

 

Same issue. I cant play any of the digital games ive payed money for. Absolutely ridiculous.

 

Same issue. I’m glad that it’s not just me. And I hope this doesn’t last long. I need my apps working again ASAP.

 

This is the second time this has happened in the past few weeks that i am aware of very inconvenient when you have a fire team waiting on you!!!!!!!!!!

When will this be resolved?
