    Hello,

    I just recently came home and wanted to play some tomb raider but I cannot sign in because is say and I quote, "Sorry, looks like our service isn't working right. To check Xbox live Service status, go to Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support. According to the website,
    everything is working so what the heck is going on?

    There is currently a service alert up affecting the ability to play digitally downloaded games but Xbox is aware and working to fix it https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status
