Service is not working properly just now

Hi, any time i try to go to the xbox play store or use any apps like netflix or youtube i keep getting the mesaage

TRY AGAIN IN A WHILE

Apologies, our service isn't working properly at the moment. To check xbox live service status, go to https://support.xbox.com

I have done that and everything is fine there and i am connected to the internet no problem aswell, my router is fine, my kid is playing his xbox fine in his bedroom and online with it no problem, also my other son is online with his ps4 so it is not a problem
with the router or wifi.

Any help as to what the problem could be would be great cheers

In addition to resetting console and cache you should manually reset the IP by putting it back in the console as it was before.

Go ahead and power cycle your xbox.

Hold Xbox Power Button (10 Seconds)> Unplug the power cable (30 Seconds)> Plug the cable back in and turn the Xbox on.

See what happens

Hey Derek thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us!

As stated all our services are working, we suggest troubleshooting the console itself to narrow down the actual problem. Try clearing out the consoles caches
since when they get full might cause this type of errors.

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

Settings

System

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games

Yes and Restart

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Settings

Network

Network Settings

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps
would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.
