    Hi, on Feb 28 I sent my gamepad to repair from Spain to Germany by UPS. According to UPS information my gamepad is shipped yesterday (March 4) at 8:42am. But this receiption did not appear at the service page. Is it correct? Thanks!

    Hola, he enviado mi mando para servicio desde Espana a Alemania en 28 de febrero a traves UPS. Segun UPS mi mando esta entregado ayer (4 de marzo) en 8:42. Pero no puedo a ver esta informacion en la pagina de servicio. Es correcto?

    You should never post your order number on the forums as it's private info & against forum rules.

    In my experience the service page doesn't always update so it probably is on it's way back to you.

    Just keep checking the tracking number on the UPS site,that'll probably give you more accurate info on where your controller is.
