Service Info us Unavailable

I started off with this issue. I still haven't fixed it completely but I am curious to see if you are having the same problem as I am. When you do a diagnostic test, what are the results? Also, what does it say when you do a multiplayer test?

Yup. I'm getting the same thing. I tried hard resetting, clearing cache, alternate mac address and my account, cant get my account so I did a factory reset and it wont update cause it's say it isn't connected to the internet and when I test my connection
it says it's all good. This is very frustrating.

I am having the same exact problem as Mtntrooper34 and have tried these steps support.xbox.com/.../network-connection-error-solution but still it keeps on saying I connect to my router and have an open NAT type but keeps on saying that service info is unavailable.
If you would kindly give me some detail information of whats going on with the Xbox services I would much appreciate it.

Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation
loading screen when you power it back up. Reset youre router too
