Service info unavailable

My Xbox is connected on Wi-Fi yet I can use anything form the online services like YouTube, internet edge, Hulu, etc. It doesn't show a error number. I did so many hard resets for the Xbox and the router and nothing works. Can anyone help me out.

Hard reset it? Always seems to solve most problems.

Normally your can see the service status of xbl there. At the moment there are some issues on xbl so it may be that the one is not able to read the status and display it right now.

The status displayed there is the same you get more detailed at
support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

Hey there FreedPolecat256.

What is the make and model of the router you're using to connect to Xbox Live? If you haven't already and you have the ability to do so, are you able to test a wired connection to see if there's any issue with your connection then? Let us know

Yup. I'm getting the same thing. I tried hard resetting, clearing cache, alternate mac address and my account, cant get my account so I did a factory reset and it wont update cause it's say it isn't connected to the internet and when I test my connection
it says it's all good. This is very frustrating.

I am having the same exact problem as Mtntrooper34 and have tried these steps support.xbox.com/.../network-connection-error-solution but still it keeps on saying I connect to my router and have an open NAT type but keeps on saying that service info is unavailable.
If you would kindly give me some detail information of whats going on with the Xbox services I would much appreciate it.

Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation
loading screen when you power it back up. Reset youre router too
