Service info is unavailable

So I hadn't turned on my Xbox One in over 30days, I booted up and it received an update, which installed successfully. But after that I couldn't sign into Xbox Live. I Test my connection, and I get "It's all good" Your console is connected to the internet.
I test the multiplayer connection, and I get "It's all good" There are no problems with your connection for multiplayer. I select Detailed Network Statistics, and I get Download Speed - 16.43 Mbps Upload Speed - 5.73 Mbps Packet Loss 0% MTU 1480 and Latency
at 61 ms. I've Powercycled the Xbox One 3 times via the steps on the support page. I've rebooted my network twice (powercycled modem and router) but still get Service info is unavailable in the Xbox One network screen. I get no discernible error code, just
that message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same exact problem as Mtntrooper34 and have tried these steps support.xbox.com/.../network-connection-error-solution but still it keeps on saying I connect to my router and have an open NAT type but keeps on saying that service info is unavailable.
If you would kindly give me some detail information of whats going on with the Xbox services I would much appreciate it.

I would suggest running through the steps at

Even though NAT is open and you are online there can be even more in-depth issues that this guide helps you solve.

 

Same has happened to me, it was fine until the update, now it will not connect to xbox live, but the connection is fine, very frustrating, I have a 360 and that connects no problem.

 

Yup. I'm getting the same thing. I tried hard resetting, clearing cache, alternate mac address and my account, cant get my account so I did a factory reset and it wont update cause it's say it isn't connected to the internet and when I test my connection
it says it's all good. This is very frustrating.

 

Checking servie status...

Test multiplayer connection give 100% packet loss.

Test network connection says Everything is good.

 

Same here. WiFi and internet works perfectly everywhere else except the xbox... and if someone says "Have you tried a cold reboot and power cycle" I may lose it

 

I was in a party chat with me mates, and everyone dropped out and we are all having this problem. Its there end but they have failed to notify us via service alert status…probably because the brown stuff has hit the fan right about now!

 

I have the same problem, it was working fine 3 hours ago, I go out, come back to play some Forza and it just says "Connect to Xbox Live" on the right hand side of "Home" even though I've got the "Everything is good" when I troubleshot my network ? I'd be
ok with this if we got a notification about it ! This is not acceptable !

 

Exactly GreatOne... I am patient just let me know what and when (estimation) and I will be cool... I am just *** that I spent time trying to trouble shoot my end

 

Yeah same here just got back from practice and it would say its connected yet it isn't, played fine last night on bf4. My friend who lives across town is also having this problem. My internet is fine too.

ScruffyMonkey, your thread was posted prior to the current service alert. Can you confirm that your issue is (or isn't) resolved once the current alert is over.

wired or wireless it tells me its all good you are connected to the internet but service info is unavailable but xbox live is up
