Service info is unavailable NEED HELP!!

A few days ago my Xbox stopped being able to connect to my internet here at my college (it worked for 2 weeks prior to this issue). I have it wired up with an Ethernet cord and have registered my MAC address through the school's network. If I run a network
test it says I'm all good! You're connected. But if I run a multiplayer test it can't complete it because I'm not connected. All my Xbox says on the network page is nat: strict and service info is unavailable. I also cannot view detailed network statistics.
I can't seem to find a solution to this problem and neither could Xbox support (I spent 45 minutes on the phone with network and hardware specialists). Here is a list of everything I've tried-

Hard resetting xbox

clearing MAC address

clearing my MAC address off of the schools network and re-entering

changing Ethernet cords

trying to connect to schools wireless

bringing my Xbox to a different room (where they have an Xbox that works)

factory resetting my Xbox (reinstalling update through USB)

if anyone has a potential solution to this issue that would be wonderful. I really feel like I need an expert on this problem.

Yup. I'm getting the same thing. I tried hard resetting, clearing cache, alternate mac address and my account, cant get my account so I did a factory reset and it wont update cause it's say it isn't connected to the internet and when I test my connection
it says it's all good. This is very frustrating.

So I hadn't turned on my Xbox One in over 30days, I booted up and it received an update, which installed successfully. But after that I couldn't sign into Xbox Live. I Test my connection, and I get "It's all good" Your console is connected to the internet.
I test the multiplayer connection, and I get "It's all good" There are no problems with your connection for multiplayer. I select Detailed Network Statistics, and I get Download Speed - 16.43 Mbps Upload Speed - 5.73 Mbps Packet Loss 0% MTU 1480 and Latency
at 61 ms. I've Powercycled the Xbox One 3 times via the steps on the support page. I've rebooted my network twice (powercycled modem and router) but still get Service info is unavailable in the Xbox One network screen. I get no discernible error code, just
that message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Sorry to hear it. I believe the big problem here will be that the console's NAT is strict which will result in issues connecting to multiplayer games. Have you contacted the school's IT guys to see if they can help you switch it to open?
