    When all the services from xbox will be available for Uruguay??? i have been waiting for 8 years already for putting my country in my account as Uruguay and i can't as the time of this decade.

    Like the other Ambassador on here stated, region changes or non-compliant will cause this. You may need to contact support directly through the "request a callback" or "chat.

    Unfortunately the service is not available in all regions. If it's not available in your region, you can't use it.

    If the region you are it's not in the link of the available Xbox regions, the terms of service mentions that accessing services from regions outside the allowed ones it's restricted

    Playing on Xbox Live isn't a right. If your region isn't supported, well that sucks but if the service isn't available in your region, then it's not available.
