Service Errors

The service error has nothing to do with connections at this moment. Some are unable to watch television seasons from Xbox Video.

So, When you did the connection test, was that the only issue that came up? When you are trying to login, did there came some error code that pops-up on screen?

i have been getting the same thing happen with mine mostly when i try and go on the marketplace on my console the best thing to do would be ring up customer support tell them your issue and see if they can do anything. if that doesnt work it may mean getting
a new console (as that is what i done) just a suggestion not a definite answer but hope it helps. also try disconnecting from the router, turn it off and back on after about 30 seconds (the router that is) and then try and connect to it again that may be the
problem

Have you tried logging into a different device to purchase the subscription? Give that a try and see if it will work for you.

Yes my windows 11 is currently at the version 22H2 which is the latest one.

I've also make sure all the apps are up to date.

But still it wont work.
