    Service Errors


    The sheer number of "service errors" on XBL this year is ridiculous. I've never had an issue with paying for Live as I've always found it to be a solid service and a very reliable one. But this last year has been terrible and frustrating. This is XBL,
    not PSN, you're suppose to be better.

    One part of XBL or another seems to be down on a constant basis, whether it being able to sign-in, play games with friends or make use of a pre-installed game and have it actually work at 12:01am on release as advertised.

    These last 12 months (and certainly the last 7) have not been worth the price tag. All the "thank you for your patience" messages just don't cut it.

    Can't sign in to my account.

    Think xbox live is down I'm getting same error. Service status timed at 22:18 says check back in 30 mins for update

    Xbox One Achievements won't pop...

    even though I get the achievements in their respective games. I get an error message 0x87c40011. However, the error doesn't exist when I enter it the xbox/support page.

    And that seems to be only one of the many issues I am having with the service.

    Anyone else having similar problems?

    Service Error

    The service error has nothing to do with connections at this moment. Some are unable to watch television seasons from Xbox Video.

    So, When you did the connection test, was that the only issue that came up? When you are trying to login, did there came some error code that pops-up on screen?

    i have been getting the same thing happen with mine mostly when i try and go on the marketplace on my console the best thing to do would be ring up customer support tell them your issue and see if they can do anything. if that doesnt work it may mean getting
    a new console (as that is what i done) just a suggestion not a definite answer but hope it helps. also try disconnecting from the router, turn it off and back on after about 30 seconds (the router that is) and then try and connect to it again that may be the

    Have you tried logging into a different device to purchase the subscription? Give that a try and see if it will work for you.

    Hello Georges,

    Yes my windows 11 is currently at the version 22H2 which is the latest one.

    I've also make sure all the apps are up to date.

    But still it wont work.
