Service down

    my Xbox live service is down and also having sign in issues in Canada here. Is anyone else having these issues out there? Also says that the services are operational and I have not seen any indications that a problem exists.

    awesome news !! i just got back from the shops with my xb1 and battlefield. Should i go to work ? lol

    Service was down for a bit but according to Official support via
    twitter     it should be back up and running.

    I would try a power cycle on the console and your router. That should hopefully solve the issue.

    My xbox one has been doing the same thing for months. It says "Try again in a while. Sorry, looks like our service isn't working right. To check Xbox Live status, go to https://support.xbox.com. "

    I don't understand why I can't even get past this notification to the settings option. Literally all I can do is select "close" and the same screen pops right back up again over and over. Why would the online service "being down" keep me from starting my
    xbox at all?

    I boot up - green logo screen - "try again...sorry our service...not working right...." endless cycle.

    I tried power cycling. same issue

    Help?

    My xbox is still saying there is a problem with the service - but website say all is ok. Please can anyone help as I just keep getting the virtual agent on the website
    Try disconnect the wifi network and reconnect again, it worked for me...
