Due to the recent/current pandemic, delays are happening in all areas. It's possible it may take a couple days for it to actually be processed and updated in the systems. Continue to check the status in the next days for updates.

Usually takes around 5-10 business days but obviously with the pandemic going on it will take longer.

Just keep checking the status page for your repair although they can be a tad slow updating that sometimes.

not been notified to say its at the service centre and the website still says waiting to be recieved.

The status page can sometimes take a while to update,this has always been a thing so I wouldn't worry too much.

I once had a repaired console sent back to me & delivered by the time the site said they had received it.

Not sure if it's the same across all of Europe but if you're in the U.K. they usually ship a repaired/replaced item from Germany on a Wednesday so it arrives to you on the Friday.Obviously that'll probably be different with everything that's going on at
the moment.

With everything going on with COVID-19 I know that the team at Microsoft is taking HEALTH & SAFETY very serious! This could cause a lot of delays on everything! I would say patience is the key here! Also give these a look over should help you be able

I think this is sound advice. For your reference, even without COVID-19, but around christmas holidays, I had to wait slightly over 3 weeks for my Xbox One to return from the service center. I understand that a two week wait seems long when gaming with your
controller is your favourite passtime, but please exercise some patience, I'm sure things will work out for you!
