Service center question

sent my xbox one to the service center a couple weeks ago and the fed-ex tracker says shipped and the service center says shipped by customer does that mean it's there because it's had that same thing there since I shipped it out i want my xbox one back

Used console and service center question

Bought a used xbox off craigslist.Had it a few months and tried to enter serial in service center and it gave me this..

Device being transferred has an existing open repair order. Please contact Xbox Customer Support

Im assuming what that means was a service request was made for some reason but it was never shipped and they sold it .How can repair order be canceled so I can register it?And see what the service request was for?

Contact your local support department by phone and explain them the problem.

They can cancel your repair request or tell you why it was called in for service.

 

They have recieved it and will be investigating for the reported issue, if fixable they will do so if non repaiarable they'll send a replacement console to you.

 

what I want to say my console have a problem but I in China！！

 

They said it should be done by the 23rd and it says now that product was shipped to customer does that mean they could not fix it or what help?????

 

If its being shipped back it means they fixed it or found nothing wrong with it.
