Service center is 'processing the order'

Hi, I sent my xbox 360 in for repairs and its been stuck on this stage for awhile, does this mean they are actually repairing the console or that its just waiting in line for repairs? I made the service order back in May, around the 10th. And while it got
to processing the order stage quickly im just wondering how long this stage usually takes.

I have the same problem too. It just says "service center is processing the order" as to what this means I am unsure. But if I had to guess I'd say it probably means that you're console is in line for repair. Someone told me it usually takes a few (4-5)
business days to update.

 

Anyone know how to get a repair status?

I sent my 360 in on May 3rd. The estimate from MS was that I'd get it back between the 19th and the 26th. It's now the 31st and it still says "Status: Service center is processing the order ". Anyone know how long it actually takes or how to get a
more detailed status? Or why it takes almost a month to put a refurb in a box?

Hi Pagan! No this means that they are processing the order to be sent back to you. When it ships it will say in transit to customer. It should arrive soon after that.

 

Thank you. Im just getting a little concerned as its been there about 3 weeks with no change, not sure how long a repair usually takes.
