    Service Center is a joke


    Sent my Elite controller in for a repair for it to be replaced by a standard xbox one controller every time I ask when I'll get my elite controller because of their mistake I'm told its "Under investigation" Why should I suffer because of YOUR stuff up?
    Anyone else had this happen to them?

    microsofts service center is a joke..

    You could call back requesting to speak to a manager. Maybe they can help you more directly? Also, where did you purchase the Xbox from? I know Best Buy and Game Stop allow exchanges of systems in store - or at least when I needed to do so.

    microsofts service center is a joke..

    easiest thing to do is to buy a ps3 it has the same qualities as the xbox.

    Service Center is a joke

    I'm also experiencing issues of xbox suppoert service quality from some time. There is a problem with delivering shipping labels from UPS system after creating a service order on the support website.

    After few calls to the call center finally got a shipping label and sent the elite controller.

    But right now it almost 2 weeks after I received a confirmation that controller has left the service center and it I'm still waiting for it to be delivered. It takes too long this time.

    MS, what is going on with your support and service orders?

    microsofts service center is a joke..

    I was more of an xbox fan, but with my console being gone so long my playstation is seeing more game time! I just wish xbox took better care of their customers.. I mean we pay the monthly fee for the benefits but it seems they dropped the ball on service
    and support.. ive had the same playstation console for 4 years and havent had 1 single issue..
