    So I sent my controller to UPS 3 days before the order cancellation due to some problems I had, will this cause any problems or get my controller sent back without repair?

    Since you have sent the controller before the order cancelation, then there shouldn't be a problem. However, It would be best to get in touch with our live agents to check the matter for you in details. You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

    Since you sent the controller before the order was canceled, there should be no problem. However I recommend that you get in touch with Microsoft agents live to talk to them about it, you can be doing this via the link below.

    When accessing the site select the option Try our virtual agent, type "Talk to an agent" or real person, after that select the problem you are having or doubt and select the option "Call me Back".

    You'll have to contact support for that. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
