    so my xbox has been showing that for 3 days now and ive tried everything and idk what to do anymore. i wanna be able to watch tv or even play a game or 2. is there anything i can do or do i just have to wait? and i did try calling support but they hung up on me after me trying to explain what was going on because this is honestly my first time owning an xbox and so far not a great experience.

    the xbox server itself is the issue. my wifi and everything is good and running but it wont work because there's a connection issue for xbox servers and on the site it says they are still fixing it and trying to find the issue. but i want to know how long its going to take to fix the server issue or even an estimate. im completely clueless and then most of my friends can play but im still the only one with the issue. i tried restarting the router and the xbox already

    The problem that Xbox services are experiencing is with Game Pass Quests. If you are experiencing this problem, I could tell you that perhaps this problem will be solved this coming week starting tomorrow since this problem has been occurring since December 5, here you can see the problem directly:

    We couldn't exactly tell you when this problem will be solved and what I told you is an approximation from my point of view since this is a Microsoft public forum where we are players like you, that is, we are not Microsoft employees.
