Service alerts again????? Joke

Starting to get really tired of paying my xbox live just to get below par exclusive games and month after month after month of service alerts. This is the most unstable ive ever seen xbox live and ive had it nearly 8 years now but month on month service
alerts at least once a month. Whats the problem? Why does this keep happening? As a paying customer I feel I have a right to know. If you have the roght to ban me forcalling someone an idiot who has persisted in harrassing me thru mails getting only that one
reply then I have a right to know why im not consistently getting the service im consistently paying for.

This is a joke i get this problem at least twice per week...MS makes more than enough money to be able to deal with this problem promtly, but yet its been months and nothings changed.Im paying CASH for a service not service alerts and second rate online
gaming.

 

Paying for a service that I cannot use on the weekends is driving me insane.

 

I wouldn't say the exclusive games are bad, heck I love most of them, but I am getting very tired of service problems. A pay for service shouldn't go down very often, if it does at all.

most of the service alerts were due to COD servers, not XBL servers...just sayin'
