    My friends are not showing up on live. My network, internet and xbox live status are all showing connected. But when I do a test xbox live connection it says service alert under live status. My xbox stores, accounts and matchmaking are up. I have reset
    system, downloaded all updates.

    It used to be a free trial/membership back in 2010 with the 360. It doesn't exist anymore.
