    It has been nearly a month since the Xbox Service Alerts page lit up red alerting users to issues with PBS and the Marketplace. This is very frustrating because many people are unable to download or purchase content. I guess my question would be this:

    How much longer do customers have to wait before service is returned to normal?

    I think from the lack of responses from the "support" team on any issues relating to service alerts, means that xbox couldn't care less, is probably some kind of ruse to make people upgrade to an xbox one.

    It used to be a free trial/membership back in 2010 with the 360. It doesn't exist anymore.
