    Hello, I'm having a problem with my Xbox 360 in relation to Xbox Live. As I was having problems playing online, I went to the network configuration and checked my connection to Xbox Live, and an alert appeared in the services part, it started after I signed
    the gold, and I don't know how to solve it if someone can help me.

    well there was a red service alert for signing in on xbox one and 360 also a service alert for friendlist so it wasnt just me

    There is an Xbox Live Service Alert for Social aspects on Xbox One and Xbox 360. It has been going on for along time and everyone is experiencing it. It is not just you. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon. Check up on the Xbox Live Service Alert for updates.
