You can also make sure there not a service alert for xbox one. earlier there was an alert that made it hard to download content. You can also try some trouble shooting steps aswell.

It's weird that u could purchase another game, since the service alert "Trouble downloading already purchased content" is still up. I also have problems with Red Dead Redemption, but i purchased it and can't download. I tried deleting it, clearing my cache,
deleting my profile, restarting and still nothing. It's sad because you have it discounted, and not being able to purchase it for 4 days now is a problem, if this lasts till monday the discount will be over...?!

When stating the active service alert, as it mentions that downloadable content or digital purchases are experiencing service errors, is to also mention the content itself during this period will experience issues.

All content derived of digital origins are currently under the active service alert.

Digital content is not launching due the active service alert regarding digital content being affected in the areas of downloading and purchasing said content, and we understand that this may be frustrating.

Continue to follow basic troubleshooting as a fix/patch is rolled out, we appreciate the patience from all users and hope to see this service back up and running as soon as possible.
