Service alert/subscription problem Xbox 360

Sorry about that issue.

Now, i had that one too in the past and to solve it i did

> Disconnect your Xbox 360 from internet

> Delete all cache mem in your hard drive ( https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/xbox-360/console/clear-system-cache )

> Follow the offline update method with an usb mem stick or cdr ( https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/xbox-360/console/system-update-help

There are no known issues currently showing on the service status page in regards to Xbox 360

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Can you let us know all of the steps you have already tried out? This can help prevent us from giving you already attempted troubleshooting. For now, We would like to know if this happens on multiple accounts
on your Xbox 360 or just your own.

Aside from that, have you already tried connecting your console to a different network? Another home network would be best, but you can try a hotspot if that is the only thing possible.

I've followed a number of threads regarding this issue & have followed steps suggested in all of them without a solution. Is there any resolution as this obviously means i cannot continue paying for a service I'm not receiving.

according to the service alert xbox live is having problems on both xbox 360 and xbox 1 but they are working to fix the problem
