    Service Alert on Xbox 360


    I have three Xbox 360 consoles and all three come up with "Service Alert" when running the "Test Xbox Live Connection". When I download a game, it will download to a certain point, then a message says that it's unable to download (game title). This has happened
    with multiple titles, all Lego games. There was a sale for 70% off on select 360 Lego titles. I also have multiple Xbox One consoles, the 360 backwards compatible system seems to have no problems there. It is only on the Xbox 360 consoles. I have gone through
    several troubleshooting steps with customer support and still have the same problem. My internet and network are functioning properly with 35+ Mbps download and 5+ Mbps upload. I have 0% packet loss. Latency is usually between 20 and 80 ms.

    Is there anyone else out there on an Xbox 360 console that has tested the Xbox Live Connection and received the same results? Is there anyone else out there that is having downloads stop for no apparent reason? Is it possible that there is an issue with
    the Xbox 360 side of Xbox Live that is only affecting Xbox 360 consoles and not the backwards compatibility of Xbox One?

    There is an Xbox Live Service Alert for Social aspects on Xbox One and Xbox 360. It has been going on for along time and everyone is experiencing it. It is not just you. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon. Check up on the Xbox Live Service Alert for updates.

    Daily Motion app is also unavailable though service alert says up/running. Also current service alert says affected platform is XBox One but it is also affecting some stores purchasing on 360.
