Service Alert On Xbox 360, No errors, 2 machines

I have two machines on opposite sides of the house. one is for my son and one is for my parents. My Xbox one is fine and has no issues at all. Both show "Service Alert" when running the "Test Xbox Live Connection". No pop up window telling me what is wrong
come up or any thing. This has been going on for 4 weeks. Over those 4 weeks there have been no service alerts on the Xbox Live Status page. I have read many, many
threads (example) on this exact issue and I never see a solution. I have reset everything to it's foundation. I have never
had an issue. Now for some reason out of 2 360's, an Xbox one, and a PS4 the 360's are having the exact same problem? I found the common denominator. Let's try to fix it, please.

We 'were' having issues with all aspects of multiplayer. Everything else was perfect.

Now, around the 20th or 21st my son says, we are having no issues of any kind with multiplayer.

But, the service alert is still there. It is weird. I guess it is a false/positive on both machines....?

As of right now, on both 360 machines, we are not having any issues.

My son is happy, my dad is happy, and my xbox one x always worked so I was always happy.

I am not sure what else there is to do.

Thank you for providing that insight for us, in regards to your experience with Xbox customer support.

I would like to know, are you currently have difficulties using your Xbox 360? Do you run into any issues with launching games or apps?

Have you noticed certain features not working as intended due to that pseudo Service Alert?

If you can inform us on any complications while using the system, we should be able to provide some troubleshooting techniques to help address that.

I called Microsoft. They said they do not know. Could be a false/positive. I asked them what are the odds of a false/positive happening to 2 out of 4 consoles at the exact same time that happen to be 360's. They did not have an answer.

They let me talk to the 'expert' department. They told me to connect to another network, like my phones hotspot. I got the same thing. They had no more solutions or advice.

I have now asked Reddit.

Thank you for providing that that update for us.

As you stated before, there have been reports about this, however some of the reports that were brought to our attention only had individuals concerned about the notification. They were not actually experiencing any gameplay or multiplayer issues.

At this time, is there anything else that we can currently assist you in regards to your Xbox 360 or your Xbox One platform?
