    Hello, I just got a message from my xbox saying there is a service alert for my live status, What dose this mean?

    Can it be fixed?

    Is there something wrong with my xbox 360?

    Currently there's a service alert that's affecting the Core services of Xbox Live. You can check on the status of the service alert on the following link.

    https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

    It may be best for you to opt to be notified when the service alert has ended.

    Service Alert on live status?

    Hi there,

    a service alert means that there is a (known) issue on xbox live and it is not something on your end. It will get fixed by Xbox or Microsoft people.

    You don't have to do anything and there isn't anything wrong with your xbox console, the only thing you may want to do is to check this link for information about the service alert:

    I can't sign into my xbox live account!

    There is a service alert currently. If you check here:
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status     you will see the live status (which is having a service alert) and when it is fixed. This happens now and then, though it is rare.

    There has been a service alert for all of this. There are problems with the live service. Check the service alerts every 30 mins here:
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

    Also this is a widespread issue, so no worries.

    There is currently a service alert for everyone. This affects signing into the LIVE service. Please check this service alert every 30 mins:
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status Be advised this is also a widespread issue.
