service alert on 3/7/2019

Sorry for the confusion.

A service alert is basically an outage with our services concerning Xbox Live functions online.

You can always check whether or not there is one by checking out the links above.

If it's still saying that, I would recommend either testing your Network connection again or perhaps try going to
Settings>Network Settings> [your network] > Configure Network> Additional Settings> Restore to factory defaults.
After that, turn off the console for a bit, turn it on and reconnect it to your network. That will help refresh your network connection.

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know how that helped in resolution to the issue.

ever thing works just say that

Does everything appear to be working fine? Usually it's a notification that there's some sort of degradation of the Xbox Live service that you may be impacted by. It looks like there's currently no outages of any kind.

I am using an xbox 360 in the your network status under live status there is a yellow ! that say service out from that is say service alert please tell me how to fix it or what it means
