Discus and support service alert is still on my xbox in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i have had a service alert on my xbox for more then 6 months i've tried everything you guys have said to do i really sucks your not concerned about it....     i have had a service alert on my xbox for more then 6 months i've tried everything you guys have said to do i really sucks your not concerned about it. there is only so much i can do from my end but you guy's will not look in to it from your end "i keep
    getting disconnected from xbox when im using youtube" it's your platform it's there app it's not my xbox because i've done everything you have asked

    can you try tethering it to your mobile phone and connect to xbox live as a test and then see if you get the same errors? that will test if its your xbox or internet connection.
