Service after warranty

I don't live in India but if a Microsoft repair center is available you can know this requesting a repair order for your console following these steps:

(you can try it but cancel the process before it finish)

Sign in here:
https://support.microsoft.com/devices
then select Register new device.
After you've registered, you’ll see the warranty status for your device.

After you’ve registered
In the Overview section of the Device repair page, select Repair my device.
Follow the onscreen steps to complete your service order request.

If you're seeing something like "there are no service options" that means Microsoft doesn't have an official repair centers

But in those cases there are third party official retailers

You contact support and request a repair and pay for it.

It's best tk buy extended warranty like I did

Hi, after a service repair the Xbox comes with a 90 day warranty, if all else fails please hurry and request the Xbox be looked at again.

What is my warranty after my console or Kinect is serviced?

We provide a post-service warranty. The length of the warranty depends on whether the service was in warranty or out of warranty:

•In-warranty service: If your Xbox console or Kinect sensor was serviced within the original warranty period (free repair), you receive either the balance of your original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

•Out-of-warranty service: If your Xbox console or Kinect sensor was serviced outside of the original warranty period (paid repair), your serviced product has a 90-day warranty.

External waranties are separate from the manufacture waranty, hipe that helps!!

Thanks for the reply bud, the
manufacturer's warrantyinformation is posted on our website usually a year long from the original purchase. If any extended warranty was purchased any claims would have to be through the store it was purchased,
but like we previously stated the best thing to do at this point would be to get in contact with our Xbox Support Specialists.Thanks for keeping us posted!!
