    Servers will not let me connect


    It has been about five hours now that I have not been able to connect to servers. I can play battlefield 1 and kill people all day. But when I switch to Gears 4 it can't connect to servers for multiplayer. I pre ordered the special edition now I am stuck
    playing battlefield. I've even gone as far as removing the digital download and re downloading that took at least a hour and it didn't resolve anything. This is also after I have gone through three Microsoft employees that could not troubleshoot what was going
    on. Two of which were pc techs and didn't understand that I am a Xbox player and not playing on the pc. I have done a hard reset as well as going the extra mile and removing my gamertag from my Xbox and recovering it. I would like to get back to bouncing all
    over these n00bz so could we get this situation figured out please?

    Disconnected from XBL when trying to play Black Ops on Xbox One

    It WILL NOT let me connect to online servers.

    My Xbox one will not let me play any games online. No matter what I do I can't connect to any online servers. I've even reset my Xbox, my NAT type is open. Is there anything I can do?

    It WILL NOT let me connect to online servers.

    The next thing I would try is a full network reboot. Open the guide on your console, go down to Settings, then Turn off console. When it fully shuts down, unplug the power cord from the back. Also unplug the power from your modem and router. Wait 5 minutes,
    then plug in your modem. Let it fully boot, then plug in your router and let that fully boot. When it's all back up, plug in your console and turn it on and try again.

    I just removed my account and added it back then I went on bo3 and it was still trying to download my files forever. It only goes up to about 5% then resets.

    What error message are you getting when you try? If you run Test multiplayer connection in your network settings, what results do you get?
