Servers not working?

I did the reset and nothing has changed still cant enter some games and Netflix

network and multiplayer connection tests have positive results. If both connection tests come out well, we suggest completing a

soft factory reset. This is the type of factory reset that will keep games and applications on the console. However, this will remove all profiles from the console. Therefore, the email address and password for those accounts must be known before this step
is taken. Be sure to let us know the results!

please delete the game Cache:

Settings

System

Storage

Clear Local
Saved Games

Yes and Restart

and then clear the mac adress:

following
steps: Settings>Disk and Blu-ray>Persistent Storage>Clear
it 3 times>Back
to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC
Address>Clear>And
then reboot console
when prompted.
